These Terms & Conditions apply to all sales, supplies and services provided by Blue Line Trailers.
By placing an order with Blue Line Trailers, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Pricing
All prices displayed are in Pounds Sterling (£) and are subject to VAT where applicable.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure pricing accuracy, Blue Line Trailers reserves the right to amend prices or correct errors without prior notice.
Orders & Payments
Orders will only be processed once payment or agreed deposit arrangements have been received.
Blue Line Trailers reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary.
Product Specifications
We continually improve and develop our products and therefore reserve the right to alter specifications, dimensions or designs without prior notice.
Images shown on the website are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the final product supplied.
Trailer Collection & Delivery
Trailer purchases are normally collection only from our premises in Boston, Lincolnshire unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery may be available at additional cost depending on location and availability.
Customers are responsible for ensuring trailers are collected using a suitable towing vehicle and by drivers holding the correct licence entitlement.
Warranty & Repairs
Blue Line Trailers operates a back to factory policy for warranty inspections and repairs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse or overloading
- Accidental damage
- Unauthorised modifications
- Neglect or improper maintenance
Returns
Any authorised returns must be agreed in advance with Blue Line Trailers.
Special order or bespoke products may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
Liability
Blue Line Trailers shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or financial losses arising from the use of supplied products.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all trailers are loaded, operated and maintained correctly and within legal towing limits.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
